Workin' Black and White

Shoes: DSW
Necklace: ElderBeerman

Today was super dooper hot, so I threw on a dress to stay cool. I always feel great in this dress. It is not overly professional in shape, so I added pumps in an effort to look more savvy. Not sure I pulled it off, but that's cool.

I need to get my hands on some brightly colored belts to wear with this dress. Any suggestions?
