I'm pretty excited about this outfit. When I first got this skirt, I struggled and struggled to figure out how to wear it, but I feel like I'm starting to get it!  To see some of the other ways I've styled it, look here and here)

I'm also excited about the stark contrast that the black shoes and belt. They make me/this outfit feel like it is all put together. I feel fancy when I feel put together! If I were wearing pants, I would call them fancy pants.
