I realize this is too little too late, but here is what I wore to my office Christmas party. I work in a small company and we decided our Christmas party would be "nice, but casual." So this is my challenge. How can I be somewhat dressed down, but still holiday festive? I already had this dress picked out for Christmas festivities, so I decided to pair it with flats to take it down a notch. This shrug I've had for about a kah-jillion years came in handy to bring a little sparkle to the ensemble.

I can't wait to wear this dress in the spring/summer! I love the lace. You know I'm a sucker for lace, right?
