Just so you know, "winter capris" are not really a thing. I wanted to wear cobalt pants. Since I don't have cobalt pants, I figured capris + boots = pants? I'm not sure if this was a success or not, but I like the colors together. I suppose that means it is worth it to blaze the fashion trail to winter capris!
