This blouse is so sweet. I feel like it should have come with a Barbie or a water baby or something. My little sister had a water baby when we were young. It is sort of a disturbing concept, but this outfit, thankfully, is not disturbing.

It is the perfect casual friday outfit. Casual because of the jeans, professional with the blazer, but still funky and stylish because of the intense and awesome color combination. I'll see you tomorrow, but in the mean time try not to treat your water baby like a water balloon. Not the same!
