In case you haven't heard, the midwest has been in drought/heat wave/death hot for about a month now. On this particular day I spent a good part of the day walking around outside. The tricky part was I wanted to look professional because we were clients, I needed to stay cool and I needed shoes that would be walkable for several hours.

I was only mostly successful. I think I might have been better off in sandals that let more air to my feet, but all in all not a horrible outfit for the days activities. Gotta love a wardrobe challenge
