I know this isn't about work, but I did miss 2 days of work to take this trip. I'm sure everyone has been on the edge of their seats, unable to think about anything else, waiting for a recap of my anniversary trip with Hubby. We went to Southern Illinois and here are some of the great things we saw:

We hiked to the Garden of the Gods in the Shawnee National Forest.

Took a stroll down the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail.


Picked some Raspberries and Blueberries.



Hiked to a waterfall with no water! #drought


Stayed in an adorable cabin.


Here's where we, finally, found some sparkling wine to toast our 3 year anniversary.
