I liked this outfit better without the scarf.  But it was very cold this morning, so I thought the scarf would be worth a shot. I originally thought I'd try to wear something more election-y, but I had other things to dress for other than just voting. This is what I ended up with. I like the mix of the patterns in the belt and the skirt. Plus, I'll use any excuse to wear these amazing booties.
