OK. Teal? yes? These pants have a subtle print that makes them feel fancy. They are just the perfect length too. It has taken me about 4 years but I can almost pull off the half tucked shirt. I've grown so much!

I'm back... sort of! It has been so long since I blogged regularly. I wonder if I remember how!

I love the colors in this dress. It can be tough/annoying to wear in the cooler weather because it gets so static-tastic!

Dude, I'm obsessed with leather (i.e. faux leather) jackets right now. This is one my Mom found for me, and it is such a nifty shade of green.  It is a very fun one to style. Green can be more of a neutral than it leads on!

How nifty are these pants? You don't really see the geometric pattern on them until you get up close. It's like a special pants secret! Do I get to say things like "my jacket is so mod" because it has no lapel and spiffy metal accents on the shoulder. No really. Its so mod!

I was way too excited about these shoes. I saw them at target and couldn't leave them. They weren't even on sale. I have to admit, I pretty much don't by anything that's not on clearance or on sale. I'm cheap like that.

It is a good thing I have this jacket. I'm a little enamored with it, so I'll probably wear it everyday or two this spring. The bike/unicycle wheels on the top are just too much fun. My advice - if you find a shirt with wheels on it, buy it!

I really enjoy this outfit. It feels happy and inviting and something about this top just works with so many things.

Someday soon I'll catch up to the maternity outfits I've been wearing, but I don't want to skip these fun pre-baby outfits either!

I have a deep deep love for this outfit. Something about the way it all came together -- from the lightweight top to the bright 'in your face' pants. Even the big ol' bun fits with the look. I went with no necklace and oversized earrings. Its always fun to mix things up like that.

This casual Friday, I'm bringing the texture. The orange blazer and leopard print are 'gimmees' for me, but the top with tiny bows all over it has great movement and draws some extra interest to the whole thing.

Getting dressed isn't easy sometimes ya'll, and these little things sometimes just make it more fun.

I remember when I realized that crop-tops were going to be a thing again. Not that I'm really wearing one here, but it could be close! This boxy top can be a bear to style for me, but I'm getting the hang of it. High waist on bottom -- shapeless top!

This combination has it all with rich beautiful prints, colors and textures. If you know two things about me #2 is I'm a sucker for lace. (hint: #1 is leopard print obsession)

A pencil skirt with a 'blousey' top tucked in is probably one of those staples that will work forever. It is 100% a go-to for me.

I like this shirt. I'm not sure how long I've had it, and it is still a good staple. It looks great alone and it is wonderful under a blazer. And as I so frequently do, I added a little leopard print via the shoes.

This outfit seems ill-fitting, but I've decided I like it anyway. It is not flattering in any way, but I love each of these pieces and the prints play well together. So now I think this outfit is great dispite being pretty shapeless and unflattering. I make the rules!
