Would you wear a big neon heart to work? Apparently, this is something I'm completely willing to do. I really didn't even hesitate. What do you think? I like the whimsy of the whole outfit. You couldn't see someone wearing a giant neon heart and think to yourself "that person is clearly unhappy."
