Today’s #mirrorselfie is brought to you by colleague‘s love of mirrors. This leather-looking skirt is sort of impractical but also fun and challenging to style. You know how I love a challenge!
OK. Teal? yes? These pants have a subtle print that makes them feel fancy. They are just the perfect length too. It has taken me about 4 years but I can almost pull off the half tucked shirt. I've grown so much!
Dude, I'm obsessed with leather (i.e. faux leather) jackets right now. This is one my Mom found for me, and it is such a nifty shade of green. It is a very fun one to style. Green can be more of a neutral than it leads on!

How nifty are these pants? You don't really see the geometric pattern on them until you get up close. It's like a special pants secret! Do I get to say things like "my jacket is so mod" because it has no lapel and spiffy metal accents on the shoulder. No really. Its so mod!
I was way too excited about these shoes. I saw them at target and couldn't leave them. They weren't even on sale. I have to admit, I pretty much don't by anything that's not on clearance or on sale. I'm cheap like that.
It is a good thing I have this jacket. I'm a little enamored with it, so I'll probably wear it everyday or two this spring. The bike/unicycle wheels on the top are just too much fun. My advice - if you find a shirt with wheels on it, buy it!
Did peplum die? Dead or alive, I might still be on the train. What's wrong with a little peplum for your casual Friday? This one is so simple yet seems so 'put together'.

I have a deep deep love for this outfit. Something about the way it all came together -- from the lightweight top to the bright 'in your face' pants. Even the big ol' bun fits with the look. I went with no necklace and oversized earrings. Its always fun to mix things up like that.
Doesn't this outfit make you feel happy in your insides? Something about the print and the texture of the skirt is light and happy and whimsical.
These photos are all still from months and months ago, but I've decided that's okay! Early in my pregnancy I was very sick/exhausted, and I didn't get any of these beauties posted. So why waste them!
Today, I am 29 weeks pregnant and looking not much like this! I'm trying to get caught up on my weekly pregnancy posts over here on my personal blog. Belly pictures, Belly pictures Belly Pictures.

This casual Friday, I'm bringing the texture. The orange blazer and leopard print are 'gimmees' for me, but the top with tiny bows all over it has great movement and draws some extra interest to the whole thing.
Getting dressed isn't easy sometimes ya'll, and these little things sometimes just make it more fun.
