Work is piling up almost literally, but realistically this is not a complaint because it is nice to have lots of great things to focus my creativity on. These are the times when I get to be the most awesome! See how I just made a ton of work sound like awesomeness?!

When I put this on, I felt like these jewel tones were more "fallish" than springy, but looking at them now -- the whole outfit seems more springy to me. The outfit encompasses a lot of wonderful textures too. Aaaaand as usual - I have an obsession with lace, so I love the mustard lace.

I'm a bit scatterbrained this week because I have a lot of balls in the air. A lot of things to get done means a lot of things to keep straight!

I don't care how popular stripes are I'd wear them all the time if I could! They are so classic, and it seems like you just can't got wrong with stripes.

I just picked up these fun teal jeans at Target a week or so ago for about $7, so that's pretty exciting. I get pretty excited about seven dollar jeans all. the. time.

These birdies make me so happy, and these colors are oddly springy. I get that it's weird to wear springy colors while standing in the snow, but what can I say? - I'm weird!

I heard on the grapevine that black and white are cool now. I'm all for trying things that are other people's ideas, so this is my attempt.

I feel guilty for not wearing this beautiful blazer more often. It is so unique. It probably gets lonely when I don't wear it! Poor sad blazer!

Hubby and I stopped into TJ Maxx to get some workout goodies  and I couldn't resist the urge to check out the clearance shoes. These puppies were only $14!  Plus hubby found some great stuff for his fancy shmancy personal training sessions. Its not Tuesday unless something is shmancy!

I do love this shirt it to pieces! Buuuuuut.... until now I have not been brave enough to try the whole tucking in the front and not the back, especially for a professional setting. I tried it for "casual friday", and I think, I did it wrong. I guess that's what trial and error is here for. To be fair, It looked better in person than it does in these photos. I'll try again one day!

This morning had -2 wind chills so a sweater dress, tights and warm boots seemed like the best coziest  way to go. I just ordered this dress from Target. It was on clearance, so they almost paid me to take it! Something about the way the green an pink play together just makes me so happy!

My mom got me this amazing blazer for Christmas, and I have been trying to save it for something special. I was putting too much pressure on the blazer and ended up just NOT wearing it at all! So I've decided to try to take the pressure of and give the awesome blazer more use!

Also, witness here my 1st ever pair of Sperry's! They sure are comfy!

I've been thinking about wearing more neons, so here I am! What does one wear with a crazy neon shirt? Your favorite tealish blazer of course!

I went to target with my sister/shopping buddy over the weekend, and i was reassured to see plenty of neons in the spring lineups. I guess my neon love isn't out of date yet!

All I have to talk about is how bone chilling it was this morning. With windchill of -13 degrees, I was wishing for a two hour delay of my own!

On the bright side  these pants are lined and wool and super warm. The best way I can describe them to you is they are like snow pants! Nothing gets through these babies!  Good luck out there with your inferior pants!
