I have trouble styling this ruffly and flowery blouse, but that doesn't stop me from being deeply deeply in love with it. The green color somewhat mimics my eyes, so that is fun to work with. Until today, it never occurred to me to pair it with this striped cardi, but I think it works amazingly well!
