Do you think this skirt is bright enough to qualify as "neon". I'm no so sure, but I'm calling it my EBEW anyway! Don't be offended by my loose definition of neon.

Full disclosure... I changed shoes right after I took my pictures! I didn't think these were quite right with the giraffies, so I traded for these. Apparently, this summer these are my fav sandals, and I cannot resist.

I wanted to try something neutral with this new skirt, but no white or black, so I picked giraffe. Why do I love giraffe print so much??
